Diocesan Development
Fund Committee
The Diocesan Development Fund
Committee is a sub-committee of the Diocesan Finance Council. It is responsible for
its own internal operations, reports to the Diocesan Finance Council and is
accountable to the Bishop. The Development Fund Manager has the
role of Executive Officer to the Committee.
The
other principal functions of the Committee are:

To
provide professional assistance to the Fund Manager in the operation of
the Fund.

To
undertake regular reviews of the operational policies of the Fund

To
act as the Approving Authority for Loan Applications within delegated
approval limits and forward such recommendations to the Finance Council
for ratification.

To
advise the Bishop on the suitability and qualifications of new committee
members to hold office.
